Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an original painting purchased online, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.

Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If your artwork arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Commissions

As commissioned paintings are created specifically for you, cancellation and refund arrangements may differ from standard artwork purchases. We will discuss these with you before work begins and throughout the commission process.
